It is a daily guided journal to encourage reflection, authenticity, and mindfulness. With morning and evening prompts, the gratitude journal serves as a great way to redirect your attention to positives and increase overall wellbeing.

About Founder/Author
Asia Amir H. has a passion for healing with others. Throughout her career as a licensed therapist her goal is always to create a space where each client feels as if they can present as their authentic selves without fear of judgement. With that same commitment and goal in mind she strives to provide that same supportive environment through journaling. Asia spent much of her teen and early adult years looking for a safe space now she seeks to provide that for others as they begin their own self-reflection and gratitude journey.
Asia obtained a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is working towards a Doctor of Psychology Degree in Clinical Psychology. Asia has a range of different clinical experiences including working with a culturally diverse population of children, adolescents, and adults with concerns regarding anxiety, self-worth, life transitions and unresolved trauma.
Asia navigated many of her own personal battles with authenticity, self-worth, and anxiety. It was not until Asia embraced her true identity and gained a perspective of gratitude that she was able to begin her healing journey.
As you begin this journey, Asia encourages you to lean into your full self and trust that you are worthy and deserve to heal.
