If you decide to pre-order an item, you will pay now and the items will be processed as soon as they are available. Will I Receive A Confirmation Email After My Order Is Placed?

Yes! As soon as your order is placed, you will be notified via the email you have on file. Please expect to receive another email once your order has been shipped.

Who Are Your Mail Carriers?

We ship all packages through UPS/USPS.

What Is The Return Policy?

We accept returns within a 14-day window if the item is unused. Please email us directly at info@authalign.com with your name, order number, and reason for returning so that we can process your request. It is imperative that the items are unused and in their original packaging. We do not cover the return shipping costs and refunds will be issued once we receive the returned item.

What Should I Do If I Haven’t Received My Order?

If you added Route protection to your order and believe your package has been lost, stolen, or damaged, You can file a one-click claim through the email that Route sends you after you check out.

Can I Cancel My Order?

As soon as you place your order, we move very quickly! Unfortunately this means we will be unable to cancel or make any changes to your order as it’s already being processed at our warehouse (literally within seconds). You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.
