Payments & Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Note: There are no returns on digital products or gift cards.
Return
- We accept returns within a 30-day window if the item is unused. Please email us directly at info@authalign.com with your name, order number, and reason for returning so that we can process your request. It is imperative that the items are unused and in their original packaging. We do not cover the return shipping costs and refunds will be issued once we receive the returned item
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and issued via the original payment method. A refund may be rejected if:
– It is received after more than 30 days after your item was delivered
– Goods are used or damaged
– Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@authalign.com.
Exchanges
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
