Shipping and Policies
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
US Shipping Rates:
- FREE Delivery nationwide on all orders.
International Shipping:
- We currently ship internationally via USPS and Fedex. The shipping rates are calculated by the carriers based on your location and weight of the package.
Shipping Timeline
- Free and Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days
Please note, these shipping times are not guaranteed. These are simply the guidelines shared by the carriers.
Please understand that shipping carriers can experience longer shipping times due to Covid-19. If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out to the shipping carrier (i.e USPS, FEDEX) with your tracking information to get more detailed information about your shipment and file a case if necessary.
Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping information as we do not take responsibility for incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a refund for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge or re-ship your order if you chose to pay the shipping fee.
Route Shipping Insurance
Route is a third-party application that allows customers to buy shipping insurance for all orders. Route ensures protection of customers’ shipment in case of loss or theft.
In order to apply for Route’s Shipping Insurance, you are given the option to add the insurance during check out. If you apply for Route’s Shipping Insurance, you will receive an email with instructions of how to file a claim if necessary.

- Lost Orders or Tracking Issues
An order is considered lost if tracking never confirms package status as “delivered”
If tracking shows no movement or looks to be stuck after exceeding the appropriate amount of shipping days, then orders may be considered lost and a claim will need to be made
- How many days following the last tracking update should I file my claim?
Domestic orders – 5 days
International orders – 20 days
Claims for orders lost-in-transit must be filed no later than 30 days from the last available tracking update.
Stolen Orders
An order is considered stolen if tracking confirms package status as “delivered,” but not received
Route asks that you wait 5 days from the day your package status was marked delivered before reaching out and filing your claim
Claims for stolen orders must be filed within 15 days from the date your package was marked delivered.
Pre-Orders
Although we will make efforts to begin delivering products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of shipment is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Inside Then Out, LLC does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Inside Then Out, LLC is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you with periodic updates with respect to such delivery schedules. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your Product, you may cancel your order by reaching out to info@authalign.com
Taxes and Duties
International customers (outside of the United States) may be charged customs and duties by your local customs authority. The customs tax depends on the country that the order is being shipped to. You will be responsible to pay these fees if they are billed to you so please check your country’s custom office to see if there are any additional costs prior to completing your purchase.
